Eucharistic Pilgrimage

WALK WITH US!

Come with us on May 22nd as we join the National Eucharistic Procession.  We will walk across the Tower Bridge to the Cathedral of the Blessed and participate in Mass with Bishop Soto at 12:15 pm.  There will be adoration following Mass at the Cathedral until 4:00 pm.

We will meet at 10:45 am at River Walk Park, where the pilgrimage will begin.  The total walk is about one mile.  Parking is available at River Walk Park and at the Cathedral.  If you would like to carpool, meet at the church parking lot near the rectory at 9:45 am. We will depart by 10:00 am.

T-shirt orders are closed however we have a few extra on hand.  Please email communications@gscceg.org if you would still like to get one.

Pilgrimage Details:

If you would like to carpool or follow other cars, meet at 9:45am in the Good Shepherd parking lot closest to the parish rectory (east entrance off Kilconnel).  We will depart at 10:00 am.

If you do not wish to carpool, meet us at River Walk Park at 10:45am.  You can park at the Tower Bridge Garage (1289 Front Street) or any other parking nearby.  Keep in mind that you'll have to walk back after the procession to retrieve your vehicle.

The procession will start at River Walk Park in West Sacramento at 11:00 am and will go across the Tower Bridge and proceed to the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.  The total walk is about 1 mile.

There is Mass at the Cathedral at 12:10 pm.  There will be Adoration following Mass from 1pm - 4pm at the Cathedral.

Parking garages near the Cathedral are located at 11th & L St., 13th & J St. or you can use metered parking on the street.  Keep in mind it's a work day so parking downtown will be limited.
