2025-26 S.E.A.S. Sacrament Preparation Registration

REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 15, 2025 AT MIDNIGHT (PST)

Welcome to Sacrament Preparation for 2025-2026.
The information on this page pertains ONLY to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School Families at Good Shepherd Parish.  

Regarding Registration:

• Registrations will only be processed when we receive a completed online Registration Form that includes:
  • Individual registrant information for the Primary Parent, Spouse (if applicable) and Each Child you are registering for Sacrament Preparation in 2025-26.
  • All completed documents (Diocesan Youth Permission Form) and applicable certificates (Birth, Baptism, First Holy Communion) for each Child you are registering this year.
  • Payment submission through the form. Debit/Credit Card only. 

IMPORTANT:  Eeach person on the registration form is considered a "registrant"

1. YOU MUST BEGIN WITH THE PRIMARY PARENT as the first registrant on the form.
2. Use the + ADD REGISTRANT button to then add the second parent as a registrant (if applicable).
3. Use the + ADD REGISTRANT button to then add the first child as a registrant. 
4. Repeat using the + ADD REGISTRANT until you have added all children being registered for Sacrament Preparation this year. Then may click the SUBMIT button.

For EACH Child registrant you will need:

• Birth Certificate 
• Baptism Certificate (not required if received at Good Shepherd Parish)
• First Holy Communion Certificate (only if the child has already received this sacrament - not required if received at Good Shepherd Parish) 
• Diocesan Youth Permission Form (if you have multiple children, please complete & save this form under each child's full name so that it can be easily identified)

For Confirmation Preparation registration, you will also need the following:

• GMAIL Address for the Primary Parent (necessary for Google Classroom and communications)
• St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Email Address for the student (necessary for Google Classroom and communications)

2025-2026 SACRAMENT PREPARATION FEES

Please calculate your fees prior to making the payment on the online registration form.  If you have ANY questions regarding the fee calculation, contact the Office of Religious Education at oresupport@gscceg.org and we will help you.
