Baptism Ministers help the families preparing for the Sacrament of Baptism. Additionally, ministers set-up for the celebration of the sacrament in group baptisms and assist at the liturgy when the sacrament is celebrated at mass. This is a very rewarding experience for a married couple. Alternatively, you could be paired with another minister as an individual. For more information email Monica Goodale at email@example.com.
CFF PROGRAM - CATHOLIC FAITH FORMATION
Good Shepherd Church Catholic Faith Formation program welcomes all baptized children/youth to participate in the CFF Program. Our program is staffed completely by volunteers – Catechists - who donate their time and talent.
What is a catechist? They are ordinary people doing extraordinary tasks of teaching and sharing their faith as Jesus did-sharing our faith, leading by example and creating opportunities for our children to experience the importance of Jesus in their lives. CFF

RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS (RCIA)
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults process is a series of carefully planned stages, marked by liturgical rites in the presence of the Good Shepherd community, in which new Catholics embark on and join us in a continuing and deepening conversion of faith and discipleship. The RCIA takes the distinctive history and spiritual needs of each person into account. Volunteers are needed in many areas to provide support to the RCIA catechumens. For more information contact Carlos & Valerie Ramos at RCIA@gscceg.org.
