Registration Instructions & Forms - CFF Families


Registrations will be processed on a first come/first serve basis once we receive ALL of the following:

  • A completed online Registration Packet (including any necessary documents for NEW Students). 
  • Confirmation receipt of the online payment through Faith Direct. Credit card payment over the phone or a check (payable to GSCC) sent in by mail are also acceptable, but the registration will not be processed until this payment is received in the Office of Religious Education (ORE). 

We strongly suggest completing and submitting the registration materials on a computer and NOT on your phone.  Our forms are incompatible with most phones. 

You must complete ALL of the following steps to register your child(ren).

  1. DOWNLOAD & SAVE this Fillable PDF Registration Form.  Save this PDF to your computer using this file name format: “Registration Form_Family's Last Name”
  2. Complete ALL fields on the registration forms, then save the file.
  3. It is important that you complete ALL fields on the Registration Packet.  If a field does not apply to you, write "NA" 
    -  There are NEW fields on the Registration Packet to assist us in updating the Parish Records.
    -  Use caution when using the Tab button to move from field to field - it tends to skip important fields.
    -  Failure to complete ALL fields will delay the processing of your registration.  
  4. STOP!  We strongly suggest that you verify that all fields have been completed and your data has been properly saved in your PDF file before you continue to Step 5.  Our main problem in the past was receiving blank registration forms because the data was not properly saved prior to submission. 
  5. Use the Submission Form below to submit your completed and saved Registration Form (and any additional necessary documents).  
  6. Submit your registration PAYMENT through Faith Direct.  It is not necessary to have a Faith Direct account in order to make your registration payment.  We will receive notification of your payment from Faith Direct.  We cannot process your Registration until payment is received.

Missing information on your Registration Packet and/or non-payment will delay the processing of your registration.
We will NOT hold a class spot for your child(ren) until the missing information/payment is supplied.
