St Dymphna Standalone Logo W Name

St. Dymphna Mental Health and Wellness Ministry is a grace-filled ministry of Good Shepherd parish dedicated to lessening the stigma associated with persons directly affected by, or caring for those facing mental health challenges through accompaniment, education and advocacy.  Our ministry will offer mental wellness educational workshops and listening sessions aligning with Pope Leo XIV's emphasis on maintaining the treasure of human dignity channelling Christ's loving presence as beacons of hope, guiding lights, and vessels of God's healing grace.

If you have questions or need assistance, please email Gary Watson, Minstry Lead, at coordinatorparishops@gscceg.org or call the parish office.  This is not an emergency response line.  If you or a loved one are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or 988.  This mailbox is not monitored during non-business hours and not to be used for emergencies or immediate needs.

Are you or a loved one going through a difficult period or experiencing a situation that you need help dealing with?  There are resources here at the parish as well as in our broader area.  Please contact the parish office if you would like to speak with a priest or deacon or take a look at the listings below for information on professional counselors and therapists who can help.
