On this page, Sponsors will be able to access materials relevant to helping your Candidate prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation. 

Sponsors & Candidates will also be able to access the Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignments to work on together in Year 1 & Year 2 AND the Google Form links where you will submit your responses for these assignments.

January 10, 2025:  All Sponsor Forms are due to the Office of Religious Education.

January 25, 2025:  Year 1 Candidate & Sponsor Retreat.

March 17, 2025:  Make up Assignment is due for the Candidates & Sponsors who were unable to attend the January 25th Retreat.

May 18, 2025:  Year 1 Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignment is due for ALL Year 1 Candidates and their Sponsors.  Submit your responses using the Google Form links below.

September 5, 2025:  Special Mass for Year 2 Candidates, their Sponsor and Family.  This Mass will include the Book of Enrollment, signifying their deepening commitment to preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation and a special blessing. 

October 31, 2025:  Year 2 Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignment #1 DUE.

January 31, 2026:  Year 2 Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignment #2 DUE.

March 31, 2026:  Sponsor's Letter of Recommendation DUE.

April 30, 2026:  Year 2 Faith Discussion, review/Reflection & Action Assignment #3 DUE.

Spring/Summer 2026:  Confirmation Mass (and rehearsal). Exact dates and information will be announced sometime in November 2025 once we receive the schedule from the Office of the Bishop.
