2024-2025 Registration for CFF Families

REGISTRATION CLOSES JULY 31, 2024 AT 5:00 PM (PST)

Welcome to Religious Education & Sacrament Preparation for 2024-2025.
The information on this page pertains to CFF Families at Good Shepherd Parish.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School Families will be sent registration materials directly via email.
If you have not received the registration information by May 31st, please contact the ORE at oresupport@gscceg.org

Good Shepherd Parish provides Faith Formation Classes for the following:

• Children's Faith Formation Classes for Grades 1 - 6 
• Sacrament Preparation for Baptism & First Holy Eucharist for Grades 1 - 12
• Sacrament Preparation for Confirmation for Grades 7 - 12
• If you have a child with Special Needs who needs the sacraments, please contact the Office of Religous Education for a referral to our Diocesan Resources. 

Do you hear God's call to be a CFF CATECHIST or CONFIRMATION CORE TEAM MEMBER?
Please contact the Office of Religious Education to find out more information and discuss how you
can share your time & talent as a Steward of the Faith. 
A registration discount may be applied for approved CFF Catechist & Confirmation Core Team families. 

Please note:

• Class availability is subject to change based on enrollment and available volunteer Catechists/Core Team. 
• Registrations will be processed on a first come/first serve basis once we receive:
  • A completed online Registration Packet (including any necessary documents for NEW Students)
  • Confirmation receipt of the online payment through Faith Direct.  Credit card payment over the phone or a check (payable to GSCC) sent in by mail are also acceptable, but the registration will not be processed until this payment is received in the Office of Religious Education (ORE). 
• Please refer to the Checklists below.

NEW Student Registration Checklist
The following checklist is for NEW Students being registered in the Good Shepherd Religious Education Program for the first time. 

• Completed & submitted online Registration Packet - including Gmail addresses for the student(s) and parent (please see the notes regarding Gmail addresses on the Registration Packet).
• Submit copies of the following necessary documents (*):
  • Birth Certificate 
  • First Holy Eucharist Certificate (if this sacrament has already been received)
  • Baptism Certificate (if this sacrament has already been received)
• Make your registration payment online through Faith Direct.

(*) If you are unable to scan documents at home (PDF, JPG, PNG), you may bring the originals to the Parish Office during business hours and we will copy/scan them for you and attach them to your registration.  Please let the office staff know that these documents are being provided for Religious Education / Sacrament Preparation Registration. 

RETURNING CFF & First Holy Eucharist Registration Checklist

• Completed & submitted online Registration Packet - including Gmail addresses for the student(s) and parent (please see the notes regarding Gmail addresses on the Registration Packet)
• Make your registration payment online through Faith Direct

RETURNING Confirmation Preparation Registration Checklist

• Completed online Registration Packet - including Individual Gmail addresses for the student(s) and parent (please see the notes regarding Gmail addresses on the Registration Packet) 
• Make your registration payment online through Faith Direct

2024-2025 REGISTRATION FEES:

Please calculate your fees prior to making the online payment through Faith Direct.  If you have ANY questions regarding the fee calculation, contact the Office of Religious Education at oresupport@gscceg.org and we will help you.
