On this page, Sponsors will be able to access materials relevant to helping your Candidate prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Sponsors & Candidates will also be able to access the Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignments below to work on together in Year 1 & Year 2.
- If you and your Candidate are able to meet in-person to complete the assignment and activities, you will fill out your responses, sign and turn in the assignment sheet provided to you.
- If you and your Candidate are unable to meet in-person to complete the assignment and activities, options are provided on the assignment that you can complete remotely and then you will use the Google Form links provided below to submit your responses.

IMPORTANT DATES
September 30, 2025: All Sponsor Forms are due to the Office of Religious Education.
October 18, 2025: Year 1 Candidate & Sponsor Retreat.
December 11, 2025: MAKE UP Assignment is due for the Candidates & Sponsors who were unable to attend the October 18th Retreat.
December 11, 2025: Year 1 Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignment (FDRRA) #1 is DUE.
March 26, 2026: Year 1 Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignment (FDRRA) #2 is DUE.

March 26, 2026: Year 2 Faith Discussion, Review/Reflection & Action Assignment (FDRRA) is DUE.
April 1, 2026: Sponsor's Letter of Recommendation is DUE (by email). Instructions for what to include in your Letter of Recommendation is included in the Confirmation Sponsor Guide for Year 2.
June 6, 2026: Confirmation Masses (and rehearsals). Families will sign up for either the 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM Confirmation Mass.
